FROM CREATIVE WORK TO A TEACHABLE SKILL

Give your followers a way to learn your process

Start with one result you know how to help someone achieve.

You share your drawings, stories, or animations, and people ask how you made them. You could teach them. But turning that interest into something people can buy brings a new set of questions: what should you teach, how much should you charge, and how does it all fit together?

A small email course gives you a manageable first offer. Teach one useful result in five lessons that arrive a day apart. Your student gets time to practise, and you get a product you can improve and sell again.

An illustrator might teach a beginner to build a five-color palette. An animator might teach a convincing bouncing ball. A writer might help someone finish a scene with real tension. You’ll find the version that fits your work and the people who want to learn from you.

THE TEN-DAY BUILD PLAN

From a promising idea to a course you can offer

Each lesson explains one step, shows you an example, and gives you a task that moves your course forward.

Your ten-day launch plan

Day 1: Find the skill your audience wants to learn
Day 2: Check the idea with likely buyers
Bonus: Check your course idea
Day 3: Make an offer people can understand
Day 4: Map the five steps to the result
Day 5: Write lessons that help people do the work
Day 6: Set up a small tech stack
Day 7: Write the page that sells the result
Day 8: Connect daily delivery and test the whole course
Day 9: Write your launch messages
Day 10: Open the course and learn from the response

WHAT YOU’LL MAKE

Build the offer, the lessons, and the way to sell them

Work through the tasks and you’ll have the pieces of your first launch in one place.

An offer you can explain in a sentence

Choose a specific learner, check what they need, and promise a result your course can teach. Use the buyer questions and offer template to turn a broad topic into something people understand.

Five lessons that help your student make progress

Map the steps, write a useful example, and give each lesson one task. You’ll use a repeatable lesson template, with options for showing visual work through images, GIFs, or short demonstrations.

A simple setup and a clear launch plan

Choose the tools for your page, payment, and daily delivery. Draft your sales page and launch messages, test the student journey, and learn what to improve from the first response.

Included: ten written lessons, practical assignments, templates inside the lessons, a course-idea check, and a lesson library you can revisit as you build.

BEFORE YOU START

A few questions you might have

Do I need a big audience?

You need a way to reach people who want to learn your skill. That can be a small following, an email list, or a group of people who already ask for your help. The first lessons show you how to check their interest before writing the course.

What if I don’t know what to teach?

That’s where we start. You’ll look at the questions people ask, the work you can demonstrate, and the small results a beginner could achieve with your help.

Will email work for a visual subject?

Yes. A lesson can include a drawing, a before-and-after image, a GIF, or a link to a short demonstration. The email gives the student a clear explanation and a task to try.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for about 30–60 minutes a day, with extra time for writing and setup. Ten days is the build schedule; you can spend longer on a step and use the lesson library at your own pace.

Do I need special software?

You’ll need a way to take payment and deliver scheduled emails. We walk through a simple Podia setup and a separate email-tool option, so you can choose what fits. Any software fees are separate from this course.

How is the course delivered?

When enrollment opens, you’ll get one written lesson by email each day for ten days, plus access to the full lesson library. Each lesson includes an example and a task to work on.

Can I sign up today?

You can join the launch list now. The course will cost US$99 as a one-time purchase when enrollment opens. We’ll email you the details before you decide to buy.
